Practices
This 2024 fall season we had a wonderful harvest of our precious pinyons/piñons/piñones. Our last harvest was in 2020, next one may not be until 2027-2030, as this crop only comes every 3-6 years.

Hand-picked wild shelled pinyons/piñons and tripled cleaned, roasted, salted and ready to eat!
