Sonoran Pasta Co. was born out of a desire to produce fresh pasta and sauces in Arizona, working with the finest ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. Using freshly milled Arizona-grown grains, we produce bronze-die extruded pastas of the highest quality and nutritional content. As in many European countries, we strive to make a pasta that is free from glyphosate and other harmful pesticides and herbicides. Our belief is better grains make better pasta!!
