Libélula is a small-scale regenerative farm in the heart of Old Town Avondale, growing nutrient dense produce year round: our farm specializes in microgreens, culinary herbs, specialty root vegetables, and cut and come again greens.

Currently, we sell our produce at two farmers markets: Saturdays, we’re at the Uptown Farmers Market, Sundays we’re at the Verrado Farmers Market, and Wednesday - Sunday from 10am - 4pm our produce can be bought at A La Huerta, a micro grocer in Avondale, AZ.

Libélula is owner-operated with occasional community and volunteer support.

Libélula is an emerging bio-intensive urban farm designed to improve soil fertility, bio-diversity and maximize yields on an 1/8th of an acre. Our soil fertility is developed through on-farm hot composting made from restaurant food scraps, locally sourced wood chips and goat/sheep manure.
